Where is your studio located and where are my items coming from?

While our HQ is based in London. All products are done in-house in our studio based in the lovely city of Manchester, UK.

How long does it take to process my order?

We take an average 2-4 business days to process orders from the moment the confirmation email has been sent out.

How is my order packaged?

At Fruity Flock Shop, we try to keep to environmentally friendly materials as much as we can. While larger items such as prints and suncatchers are placed in sealed cellophane bags, all stickers are wrapped in printed tracing paper or glassine bags.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Once shipped, an order can take 3-10 business days to from our studio to your doorstep in the UK. And 5-20 business days internationally.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to all countries.

What courier to you use?

Royal Mail is our courier of choice.

Does my package come with tracking?

Unfortunately due to high postage costs, tracking is only provided to parcels over £30.

Help! My order is damaged.

Not to worry, we're here to sort it out for you. Just reach out to us immediately once you receive your package via the contact form below.

Proof of purchase and photos of damaged product will be required.

I haven't received my parcel.

Unfortunately, once your parcel has been despatched to our courier, we will not be able to track it's whereabouts.

Below is a list of our estimated timeframe for your parcel to arrive from us to your doorstep:

UK: 3-10 business days

International: 5-20 business days

However, shipping delays can happen and when the estimated timeframe runs out, please contact us via the contact form below and let us know.

I changed my mind. Can I return my purchase?

Yes, you are eligible for a return within a 14-day timeframe of receiving your package.

The product must be unused and still in its original packaging.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Proof of purchase will be required. If accepted, a refund will be processed once the products have been returned to us.
